In the video below, Fox News hosts try and talk over their guest when he runs through his reasonable questions about what happened on 9/11, and why the Bush administration tried so hard to stop the official investigation, at which both President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney refused to testify under oath. Nothing surprising about that. But there’s no shouting, no abuse and no mocking of the questioner’s sanity, and, curiously, it was the Fox News hosts, Hannity and Colmes, who raised the 9/11 issue in the first place.

The guest questioning the White House approved 9/11 conspiracy theory on Fox News is former Navy Seal, former professional wrestler and former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura. Fox News clearly knows better than to try and rubbish and mock him live on air. Ventura fans are Fox News’ base audience.

Fox News of course was one of the first major media corporations to blow a hell of a lot of holes in the White House version of what happened on 9/11, with this extraordinary piece of investigative journalism :

Ventura’s questions and skepticism about 9/11 were also picked up by the Associated Press.
